Relation:
- Internal: WBDD, Sales Staff, Sales Admin, Accountant
- External: 5 star hotels, resorts, spas and restaurants

I. Summary
Participate in the business development activities of the Hermes Amenity, Ytsara cosmetics, and Alba mineral water based on available customer data and search for new customers for hotels, resorts, restaurants and cafes.

II. Major responsibilities
1. Customer relations
- Manage customer relations including 5 star hotels, resorts, restaurants and cafes as the WBDD assigns
- Maintain good relationships with assigned customers
- Increase revenue of the cosmetic products and Alba mineral water selling to assigned customers
2. Business Development
- Search and develop the customer database (5 star hotels/resorts)
- Look for and promote sales development for famous restaurants and cafes outside of database
- Establish relationships with new customers and endorse company and product image to be prestige and high quality to customers.
3. Other tasks from the WBDD as assigned

III. Requirements
1. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor in Business Management, Marketing Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in 5 star and luxury Hotel and Restaurant field.
- Good English skill (listening, speaking, reading, writing), mastering another language is an advance

- Negotiation skill
- Skills to write contracts and business letters in English
- Teamwork skills
- Communication skills
- Time management skills
- Responsible for assigned tasks
